Dubrovnik apartment NINA
Perfect location. I am so glad we did not stay within the city walls. It was way too crowded and noisy. Antonio’s apartment is well away from all of this and provides some relaxation after a while day of sightseeing. It is only a 1 minute walk to the #6 bus into the city. The bus ride is about 10 minutes. We rented a car and are very glad we did because it allows you to explore the surrounding areas at your own pace. Don’t miss Ston for the fresh oysters, the worlds oldest sea salt ponds and the Great Wall of Ston. On your drive back, pull over and swim in one of the beaches. It will be less crowded and you will get the feel of local life. Also take a day trip to Cavtat for beautiful seaside dining. Burgenvala has an amazing homemade Bloody Mary, breads and delicious food made with the freshest ingredients. The parking space at Antonio’s was a major plus. Communication with him was super easy and he responded to all questions promptly and proactively. He even left is some fruit from his garden and homemade wine. His parents were always there if you needed and gave you enough privacy. Pictures are very accurate. STAY HERE!
